From the man cutting of his finger tips this makes the audience a little freaked out and gives them the impression that there is clearly something wrong with this man to be cutting off his finger prints with a everyday razor blade. |
Genera | Thriller, we see this by the lighting( Darks with beams of light), music (very slow and psychotic), props ( Books, records, photographs | All these props and music all come together and work with each other to create a atmosphere what can be projected to the audience. |

The props look very old fashion e.g. the files are hand made and the pages look really old instead of a folder with sleeves, the audience pick up |
Sound | The music is an upbeat dark mysterious tempo. Some screeching at climax parts | The music is the easiest way to tell the music used in se7en was dark, mysterious, and psychotic this lets the audience no straight away that the film is a thriller. |
Editing | The editing is of different activities been combined in smooth motions hover it has been given jumpy features at times, also some effects of scribbles have been added to the screen as the title sequence places through climax parts. | The editing such as effects of the scribbles going across the screen let the audience know that there isn’t something normal about this film from the effects added. This all helps the audience gasp the theme of the film. |
